Somewhere between your fifth hire and your fiftieth client email of the week, something changed. The business stopped being a thing you built on caffeine and loads of passion. It has turned into a needy monster, calling your name constantly, in every room. We were that business owner, sitting on the floor – maybe it’s 3am and maybe there is chip seasoning dusting our fingers – wondering how to make the next move.
We scrolled.
We pinned.
What we needed was someone guiding us through the fogginess of growth. We are not here to save the day and take all the credit. We are business people helping other business people grow and make some room for their ideas in the business world.

We are a team of women who show up the way that friend we needed most would. We are hands-on. We bring solid ideas, full of heart for that business you built. We started ConMura Collective in 2021 as a scared freelancer with a half baked idea, figuring it out as we went. Five years later, we are still small on purpose. Because small means you get us, not a junior associate you've never met. All of us jump into your project, believing like you do.
